Yes. Mixed containers are normal for us. Each style still has its own minimum per colour and size run, but you can combine them into one order, one inspection and one shipment.

Slipper pricing depends on material, sole, packing and quantity, so a flat price list would be misleading. Send us the styles, sizes, colours and quantity you need and we will return a costed offer within 12 working hours.

Both. We work with wholesale importers, retail chains, private-label brands and e-commerce sellers. There is no distributor layer between you and us.

Stock samples ship in 3-5 days and are free of charge — you cover the courier. Custom samples take 5-7 days; sample and tooling charges are refunded against your first bulk order.

Yes. Send a sketch, a competitor sample or even a clear photo with rough measurements. Our 12-person design team returns a colour mock-up and a costed offer within 48 hours.

We hold 200+ existing moulds covering EU 20-48, so most projects start from a mould we own. If a new sole shape is needed, tooling takes 15-20 days and is refundable against your first production order.

You do, under a simple tooling and exclusivity agreement. We will not produce your exclusive design for another buyer, and we will not show it to anyone else.

25-35 days after sample approval and receipt of deposit. Repeat orders on an approved sample are typically at the faster end of that window.

Capacity fills up early for autumn/winter programmes. Book your slot by June and we will reserve line time for you; we would rather tell you we are full than accept an order we cannot ship on time.

Absolutely — we encourage it, especially before a first large order. We can arrange airport pickup from Ningbo or Hangzhou, hotel booking and an interpreter. If travel is not practical, we will do a live video tour on WhatsApp.

T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment; L/C at sight. Other structures are negotiable for established repeat buyers.

FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP. We load from Ningbo / Shanghai.

Yes, that is the usual arrangement. Give us your forwarder's details and we will coordinate the booking and deliver to their nominated yard or the port. If you do not have one, we can quote CIF through our own forwarder.

Yes. Polybag, hanging card, colour box, FSC gift box or mixed retail assortment, with your EAN/UPC barcodes, care labels and country-of-origin marking already applied at the factory.

Always welcome. SGS, BV, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, TUV or your own QC team — book them in and we will give them full access to the line, warehouse and records.

That is the one thing we treat as non-negotiable: bulk must match the signed sample. If it does not, we rework or remake at our cost. It happens rarely, and when it does we fix it before it ships.
