Quality Control & Certifications

Four inspection stages, 100% needle detection and AQL 2.5 final random inspection — plus the factory certifications your retail customer will ask for before they place an order.

Quality System

Four stages of control

A defect found late is expensive for both of us. We build the checks into the line so problems are caught where they happen.

Incoming material

Fabric weight, colour fastness, shrinkage and fur shedding are tested against the approved standard. Rejected lots never enter the warehouse.

In-line inspection

A trained inspector sits at every station from stitching to gluing, checking seam strength, sole adhesion, size marking and colour matching.

Needle detection

100% of production passes through needle-detection machines — a mandatory requirement for EU and US retail programmes. Records kept per batch.

AQL 2.5 final inspection

Packed cartons are sampled at AQL 2.5 / 4.0 on cosmetic and functional defects, with a written report and photos before the container is sealed.

Certifications

ISO 9001:2015

BSCI (amfori)

Shared ethical trade audit covering labour, health and safety, environment and business ethics.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100

Disney ILS

Third-party inspection is always welcome

SGS, BV, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, TUV or your own QC team — book them in and we will give them full access to the line, the warehouse and the records. If you would rather we fix something before they arrive, tell us and we will. We would rather rework a carton than have you find the problem at your warehouse.
